I'm a professional Footwear Product Engineer with a passion for transforming design concepts into real, high-performance products. With deep experience in footwear development and manufacturing, I’ve worked across multiple Field of Plays (Dimensions/Categories) within Product Creation Centers (PCCs), partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver excellence—from first prototype to production line.

Previously, I served as Development & Commercialization Assistant Manager at adidas, where I helped bring innovation to life while ensuring manufacturability, quality, and speed of adidas original category product. Currently, I'm part of the team at Converse Japan, working as a Product Engineer, where I bridge the gap between design vision and technical execution. Led footwear product engineering initiatives at Converse Japan Product Creation Center (PCC), focusing on development and manufacturability across various Dimensions/Categories. Assist and supporting 4 season (SS/S2/HD/FW) and responsible for managing collaboration items as well as flagship item Converse ADDICT.

Whether it's optimizing materials, driving cost-efficient solutions, or aligning global teams on process and product standards, I believe in engineering with purpose—balancing creativity, performance, and precision at every step.
